Professional Services Engineer

Reporting to: Professional Services Technical Manager

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality IT solutions and driving successful project outcomes? At Air IT, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Professional Services Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering cutting-edge IT projects to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the technical delivery of customer projects, ensuring they’re completed on time and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with our Project Management Office to schedule and manage project timelines.
• Review project scopes, identify potential issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide thorough handovers to our Service Desk and ensure seamless transitions post-project.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow established project procedures.
• Uphold our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and company policies.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in IT project delivery and supporting Microsoft technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V/VMware, Azure AD, and InTune.
• Familiarity with MFA, conditional access, and Active Directory services.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driving licence.

Desirable Extras:

• Experience with Azure IaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Mimecast, Veeam, Datto.
• Knowledge of firewall technologies (Sophos, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki).
• Networking expertise including VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, SSL.
• Experience building wireless networks (Meraki, UniFi).
