About the role

As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Air IT, you’ll play a key role in driving growth and building lasting relationships with our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career — no previous sales experience required, as full training and support will be provided.

You’ll manage a portfolio of smaller customers while also identifying and winning new business. Through proactive outreach and consultative conversations, you’ll uncover opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Air IT’s wide range of cutting‑edge IT, cybersecurity and data solutions, helping our customers get the most from their technology.

This role is ideal for a high‑energy, ambitious individual who is motivated by results, enjoys building relationships, and is keen to develop a long‑term career in sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with your portfolio of customers through regular, proactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross‑selling to new and existing customers.
  • Proactively engage prospects and customers via phone, email and social media to promote Air IT’s solutions.
  • Use consultative questioning and active listening to understand customer needs and challenges, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Confidently map Air IT’s solution portfolio to customer requirements, clearly demonstrating value and benefits.
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, qualifying and assessing new opportunities while delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Secure contract renewals by addressing concerns, uncovering needs and reinforcing the value of Air IT’s services.
  • Support the wider sales team by coordinating and driving elements of the sales process, including client calls and follow‑ups.

  • Comfortable using PCs and software technology.
